Service Description

Guidance sessions differ from Pastoral Counseling in that they focus on both the professional and personal development of the individual. In these sessions, we will work together to create your Individual Guidance Plan (IGP), identify your goals, and develop a realistic, actionable plan to help you achieve them. Your first session will serve as a consultation and intake appointment, where we can assess your needs and discuss the guidance process. Afterward, we will determine if we are a good fit and decide on a session schedule that works best for you—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
