Why We Serve
Families and individuals are suffering and hurting every day in our community, many times in silence. Oftentimes, because we are unable to deal with our past trauma, loss, and/or abandonment that same pain spills into our present; poisoning our children, our relationships, and ourselves.​

Who We Serve
Our services are open to the community regardless of gender, race, creed, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation; however, Change Possible Consulting uses a spiritual pastoral based religious approach to counseling these services may not be suitable for individuals experiencing serious mental health issues.​​​​​​​
Our Founder
Meet Ruby Felton, Pastoral Counselor, Wedding Officiant, Founder and CEO of Change Possible Consulting, LLC.
With over 20 years of experience in social services and more than a decade of ministry leadership, Ruby has dedicated her life to empowering individuals, families, and communities to heal, grow, and thrive.
Ruby holds a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling with a specialization in Crisis Response and Trauma from Liberty University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Certification in Gerontology from Canisius University. She is also a Certified Anger Management Specialist, Certified Grief Specialist, Certified Parent Educator, and Prepare-Enrich Facilitator.
Throughout her career, Ruby has conducted over 500 trainings, ministered at local, state, and regional conferences, and led countless seminars, parenting classes, workshops, and support groups. She is a proud member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Rooted in faith and led by compassion, Ruby believes that true and lasting change begins in the heart. Her work integrates professional expertise with spiritual wisdom, offering a safe and supportive space where healing and transformation can take place.
When she's not working with clients, Ruby finds joy in spending time with her family. She is a proud mom and GiGi (godmother) who cherishes beach days, heartfelt conversations, and moments of simple joy. These personal experiences continue to inspire her passion for helping others find hope, purpose, and growth in every season of life.
