Introducing Ruby Felton, your Pastoral Counselor, and Wedding Officiant. Our CEO and Founder. Ms. Felton has dedicated her ministry and professional career to making a positive impact on the children and families within our community. She brings with her over 20 years of social services experience and 6 years of ministry service. Ms. Felton holds a M.A. in Pastoral Counseling: Crisis Response & Trauma from Liberty University, a B.A. in Psychology and a Certification in Gerontology from Canisius College. She is also a Certified Specialist in Anger Management, a Certified Grief Specialist, a Certified Parent Educator, and a Prepare Enrich Facilitator.
Ms. Felton has conducted over 500 training's; has ministered and administered seminars, workshops, parenting classes and support groups on a local, state and regional level. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Ms. Felton is here to serve. Life is not always easy, and we all need a little help along the way.
